Made selling our apartment a breeze. Dan was fantastic throughout the entire process. From our initial meeting, to explaining the different sales strategies available to us, and making sure we were comfortable with the strategy we ended up choosing. As we were selling the apartment untenanted Dan recommended a number of stylist to stage the apartment, and once we had made our choice did all the coordinating with the stylist to ensure our apartment looked fantastic for the open homes. Dan was always prompt to answer queries and provide feedback after the open homes. Once we had a buyer (with a higher price than we initially thought possible) Dan made the back and forth between us and the seller significantly easier than we were expecting.

Knowledgeable and helpful. I met Daniel when he was sourcing the new builds in the property market almost 10 years ago and he continued to send me property updates in the area. Not pushy, never cold called. 10 years when on I wanted to sell my property I contacted Daniel. He was fantastic. He came up with the marketing strategy and was very accomodating to my suggestions. Daniel dedicated time and effort, even when he was on his holidays, into selling the property and driving up the sale price.
